Today I’m in a space of complete presence. I have no agenda, or need to be anything but myself. I had a meditation about a month ago and I was looking at a snow capped mountain. I felt like pure consciousness observing this beautiful landscape without a sense of a physical body. There was a feeling of inner peace that was so deep and profound it has stayed with me, a knowing that I have accomplished everything I have come here to do. If I were to describe it, it was like the feeling you have when you come to the end of your life and right before that last breath and you have a knowing that everything was perfect as it unfolded and there is nothing left unsaid or undone.
I know that I am complete because I AM, not because of anything I do. I am here to be a beacon of light for those who are lost in the dark. Being in a state of complete presence all the time means I am living in the now moment. I’m not worried about my past or future. I’m doing what I’m guided to do and as long as I follow my inner compass I will be completely aligned with my path. There is no fear, no longer a story, a defense or apology around how I show up in this world because I AM all that I AM and that is enough.
I’ve been an observer of the people around me and it feels as if everyone is trying to prove something, which pushes them to “achieve” and “collect” titles, degrees, accomplishments, and wealth. The world applauds while they weep silently inside because it’s never enough. The well is deep and cannot be filled by anything external to themselves. They try harder, they strive for that which is elusive because they keep running away from themselves instead of turning inward and finding themselves.
Have you forgotten who you are? Have you checked in to see how you feel? There is a feeling of harmony and peace that awaits you but the journey is long. There will be obstacles and many times when you will want to give up or turn back. A guide is provided and that guide is you, ever present and patient nudging you forward. Your Ego must be lost for your inner light to be found. It will fight tooth and nail for its survival. The Ego is strong but your spirit is stronger, that inner knowing that who you are is far greater than this.
My wish would be for everyone to find themselves, their authentic selves, to realize they are here for a specific reason.
We all serve a purpose but so many have forgotten their covenant. My meditation gave me the sense that all is complete and I will accomplish my mission here. Those who are ready will find me and I eagerly await their arrival. There is no greater honor than guiding people back to their authentic self, to be present to their unfolding and healing then watching them spread their wings and fly.
